ARGUMENT
Why "Together for our children"?
Because together we step into the third Millennium, millennium that foresees changes, new things, modifications in every field. The third Millennium is the time which waiting for us. It is important how we step into it, ready or not.
Even if now, from the financial point of view, the education
is not so well supported, it remains the domain that prepares the human being
for the future, where education is regarded not only as an essential factor of
economic development, but also as a politic and social factors. In this context,
the preschool education has an essential part, assumed, as far as it assures the
premise, the base and the opening of the school success. From this type of
education the adoption of new management responsibilities adjustable to the
kindergarten's characteristics imposes:
the conceiving of an educational and social reward system for the children and families, system capable to offer a favorable evolutionary perspective, immediate and a medium period of time
the creation of a whole view of the proposed activities and of the potential of each child
In the family the child starts his education and makes his
training for life. While the child gets older it is imposed the intervention of
other educational factors assured by the kindergarten, institution that develops
an ample instructive-educational process and has teacher with proper degrees.
In order to get the perfect collaboration between the two
educational environments it is necessary the initiation of parents within the
problems of education and instruction.
What are the advantages of the
family?
The parents have the
opportunity to become participants in the education process through affective
implication and through the emotions lived by their children.
What are the advantages of the
teaching staff?
The knowing of parents child
relationships, the psychology of parents and especially of the children
Knowing the situation and the financial possibilities of the
kindergarten, the parents play their financial part in the realization of
certain activities, obtaining in this way an answer to the actual needs of a
modern kindergarten. Taking part affectively and effectively in the
kindergarten's life, the parents won't discover only the function of supervision
of children when they are not at home, but they will also realize that it
develops an instructive-educational process very well based and organized.
The first step towards this union between family and
kindergarten have been made through the project of education parents entitled
"Learn this way!" promoted by "Our children" foundation.
This magazine is designed to be another way of giving
educational advice to the parents and to the children. Therefore:
