Uralsk city lies in north – western part of Kazakhstan, on the Ural River and it has 204.000 inhabitans.
It is harbor at Ural River and o railway knot. It had a great technologic development, a great importance having the factories for the assembly of instruments, a mechanical factory, the light industry, the food industry, the leather goods and the tannery industry, the industry of mending the agricultural equipments, that of processing the grains and the footwear industry.
