RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Analyses and approves the draft of the local budget, its formation, administration and execution, credits transfer, the usage of the budget reserve, loans' contract and the budgetary exercise closing account.
- Analyses and proposes the establishment of local taxes as well as special taxes, in a limited amount of time, according to the law.
- Watches and analyses the way in which the public and private property is administrated, as well as its inventory;
- Supervises controls and analyses the activity of the economic agents and the public institutions subordinated to the Local Council, suggesting measures accordingly.
- Approves and endorses studies, strategies, orientate prognoses and development socio - economic programmes.
- Carries out the documentation and decides on the issues sent by the Council to be approved, issues that refer to the commission perspective.
- Supervises the executives' way of identification and valorization of all sources of proper incomes, as well as their efficient use.
- Requests to the Local Council the necessary data and information from the economic agents, the institutions and other territorial organisms which take part in the fulfilling of the commission activity.
- Supervises the fulfilling of the Local Council rulings in the specialty domains of the commission by the specialized services within the executive and suggests measures accordingly.
- Approves the drafts of the frameworks of organization (organization charts and number of personnel) for the authority of the Local Council and for the economic agents within the jurisdiction of the Local Council.
- Works closely together with the other specialty commissions of the Local Council regarding the issues connected with the aims of the commission.
- Analyses the suggestions and the complaints given to the commission, initiates drafts, and carries out any other issues connected with its perspective.
