RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyzes and suggests the set up of local institutions and economic agents, within its aims;
- Suggests the set up and the organization of efficient local services and supervises their activity;
- Supervises the security of trade freedom and the loyal competition and encourages the free initiative according to the law;
- Suggests the set up of markets, fairs and cattle markets, advises their operating and structure regulation;
- Suggests the establishment of co-operation terms, co-operation and twinning with other municipalities from our country or from foreign countries;
- Suggests and supervises the relations with other authorities of the local or county administration, according to the law, for the fulfilling of public interest works or services, co-operates with economic agents form our country or from foreign countries in order to establish some actions or works of common interest;
- Approves the drafts worked up by the commission;
- Suggests and addresses to the Local Council studies, prognoses and development programmes of the commercial network in Ploiesti;
- Together with the ability law bodies, it organizes inspections in the commercial network having in view the legislative frame;
- Analizes and suggests improvement measures of the promoting activity of the Local Council and of the Ploiesti City Hall
business opportunities with the economic agents and the internal and external investors;
- Analizes the suggestions and the complaints addressed to the commission, sets drafts, solves any other issues related to its aims;
- Supervises the carrying out of the drafts of the Local Council by the speciality offices within the executive;
- Advises the projects of the frameworks of organization ( the organization chart and the number of personnel ) of the economic agents subordinated to the Local Council;
