COMMISSION NO 5 - Social security and protection, public order, respect for the citizen's rights and freedom, petitions and complaints

STRUCTURE:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supervises, analyzes and suggests the improvement of social protection and security measures for Ploiesti municipality;
- Suggests and advises the set up of some local charity institutions;
- Suggests the ensurance of the public order, suggests measures and programmes with the ability institutions concerning the rise of the safety degree of the citizens;
- Supervises the protection of the fundamental rights and freedom of the citizens;
- Analyzes periodically the petitions and complaints of the citizens addressed to the Local Council, to the executive or the economic agents subordinated to the Local Council;
- Suggests the initiating of public opinion polls;
- Analyzes the suggestions and complaints addressed to the commission, initiates drafts, solves any other issues related to the commission aim;
