COMMISSION NO 3 - Public utilities, life's quality and environmental protection

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supervises, controls and analyzes on efficiency criteria the activity of the economic agents' subordinated to the Local Council of Ploiesti municipality, these agents having as aim the supply of utilities to the population;
- Suggests and advises the set up of economic agents with native or mixed capital, having as aims the supply of utilities in Ploiesti municipality;
- Supervises and analyzes the activities for the environmental reconstruction and protection, having in view the rise of life quality;
- Supervises the main meters that show the quality of the citizen's life, suggests improvement measures of life's quality;
- Suggests, analyzes and advises studies and documentaries related to the aims of the commission;
- Supervises the activity of the specialty services within the executive in the fulfilling of the duties of the Local Council of Ploiesti municipality and suggests measures accordingly;
- Analyzes the suggestions and the complaints addressed to the commission, initiates drafts, solves any other issues related to its aim;
- Sanctions the drafts elaborated in the commission aims;
- Advises the drafts of the frameworks of organization (organization charts and number of personnel) for the economic agents subordinated to the Local Council, in the commission aim.
