RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Advises studies, strategies, orientative prognoses and territory organization and fitting out programmes;
- Suggests the set up of specific standards for the public institutions and the economic agents of local interest subordinated to the Local Council, observing the general criteria established by the law;
- Analyzes and approves according to the law, the urban organization and development plans and territory arrangement as well as the necessary measures for their achievement;
- Advises the technological - economic papers for the local interest investment works;
- Analyzes, advises and supervises the programmes related to the organization of the road traffic, the roads' status and the thrusting of the traffic signs;
- Suggests, analyzes and advises studies and documents concerning the preserving of the historical and architectural monuments;
- Suggests and supervises, associations with other authorities of the local or county public administration for the carrying out of works and services of public interest, collaborations with local or foreign economic agents, for the carrying out of activities or works of common interest, according to the law;
- Suggests, analyzes and advises studies and documents concerning the presering of the historical and archeological monuments, of the parks and natural reservations; suggests measures for the improvement of the activity in these domains;
- Advises the documents concerning the issuance of the deeds of property according to the law;
- Supervises the carrying out of the Local Council's drafts by the specialty services within the executive;
- Analyzes periodically the respect for the building discipline;
- Analyzes the complaints addressed to the commission, sets up drafts, solves any other issues related to the commission's aims;
- Advises the drafts set up for the commission's aims;
